Our friend and local craftsman Paul Boartfield of PRB Woodworking stages another “Prep to Plate” demonstration at Fifth Generation Farms. Using his knife skills, his cutting boards and his cooking talent, he prepares such dishes as mini sliders with a mini-potato box of fries and bacon wrapped shrimp on pita with a special sauce drizzled on top. We love to sample whatever Paul prepares. Vernon, one of our meat cutters, is anxiously waiting for his sample!
